JBQ and I went for a walk at the San Gregorio beach today, so I snapped some bird pictures with my Canon SX200 IS digicam. All pics are CC-BY 3.0.

I think I like that very first one the best. All this nifty detail but then heaps of “space” created by the depth of field. Nice job.
The 6th is my favorite, it has 3 layers of birds, in layers of wood. It requires a bit of careful look to realize it though. Not bad for a 5 minute handheld shooting with a digicam.
I like the 5th. Although the bird on the right is a bit “eaten” by the right border, imho.
I wonder, did you apply a bit of post-processing ? Or are these shots “direct from camera” (in that case I really should take a close look to this model) ?
There was a slight adjustment of saturation, not any heavy processing.
Do they make a camera that can give you more information than just color? Like. . . depth? Shape recognition etc?
Eugenia,
What’s CC-BT 3.0?
It doesn’t say CC-BT, it says CC-BY. It’s Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license.
