Color grading of the week, Part 8
Posted on Fri 31 Jul 2009 at 11:07 PM PST. Filed under Filmmaking.
Some more color grading, some extreme, some not. Lighthouses was my subject tonight. I used mostly Magic Bullet, Bump Map, Color Corrector, Unsharpen Mask, and a variety of Pixelan’s Vegas plugins.

Did you add some vignetting to your images? They look artificially vignetted.
Two of them do. But then again, which vignetting is actually not artificial?
Oh I’m not criticising. I was just curious as to whether the vignetting was a side effect of one of the applied filters.
Those first 3 look very creative. The last one looks strange to me.
I love that first one, what did you use Eugenia for that first one?
I want to thank you Eugenia for all the hard work you put in this Blog..You are one of the reasons I got involved in the camcorder world, thanks..
May I request a tutorial on how to Letterbox a video in Vegas, thanks!
