Hi Eugenia, nice to see critical views which make sense! The resolution independence is a good one, yeah Apple what's up witch that?
My guys is they've grown so fast that they don't have time for such daring features but I don't know about OS X tech much although I guess they should be rather close....?

I have been using Macs since 2001. I have a Powerbook and a PowerMac here, so it's not something new to me. It's just that I want the products I buy to be the way I want them.

I thought the big deal about Snow Leopard is Grand Central and the speed boost we are going to get in FCP.

I don't know if you have access to a recent mac or not but I bought a mac book last year and now have a mac pro as well. I have been using windows for many years and this time last year if you told me that in a year I would be using a mac 99% of the time i would have laughed. Of course everyone has different uses / needs from their pc but I can't recommend a mac enough.

I'd like a new iphone 3gs but the cost of upgrading in the uk is ridiculous! looks like i am going to miss out this generation of the iphone due to the exclusivity (and power) that Apple handed to O2 (way to go Apple!).

Oh, I know of these problems. But if Apple had designed their API correctly, with true resolution independence in mind, that wouldn't have been a problem.

Screen size will not change because it'll screw up all the apps. I would presume that Apple gets more revenue through apps than movies on the iP[h|]o[ne|d Touch] platform at the moment.

WWDC ho hum. The Iphone just gets voice commands now?
Its been on Nokia phones for like 7 years.

The S stands for speed? Isnt every new model suppposed to get faster? This should be a requirement and not a feature.

At least Apple still keeping up with the deceptive lies.
Now they are starting with the childish jabs at Win7.
Typical Apple.
