I don't know if you have access to a recent mac or not but I bought a mac book last year and now have a mac pro as well. I have been using windows for many years and this time last year if you told me that in a year I would be using a mac 99% of the time i would have laughed. Of course everyone has different uses / needs from their pc but I can't recommend a mac enough. I'd like a new iphone 3gs but the cost of upgrading in the uk is ridiculous! looks like i am going to miss out this generation of the iphone due to the exclusivity (and power) that Apple handed to O2 (way to go Apple!).
