I also liked the "frame within frame" shot (the one your husband appears) and the end wow...nice shallow DOF. I guess you obviously had to be somewhat zoomed-in to get this shallow DoF...was the WA apater on when you took this particular shot?

I was watching this again now calmly...I liked the position for the initial text overlay and LOVED how you colored it (to match the flowers below)...sweet!

"Additionally, Vimeo removed the ability to get high quality re-encoding out of 480p video" -- this sucks, because as it turned out it is possible to get quite nice web video out of regular widescreen DV footage.

I reproduced it a number of times but it doesn't happen all the time. Yeah, XP has lower bitrate than vimeo, but they are working on that.

"1. When I pressed “stop” on a video, the video stopped, but the audio continued to playback."

I couldn't reproduce that. But, I also think some videos are too low bitrate. I found a video which always stopped at a few seconds of play. But I kinda like it overall, will check back on it later.

I checked out this web site, and I find the 720p resolution of the videos embarrassingly pixelated, sorry. The overall design is not bad, but the re-encoded HD videos are too low on bitrate, the 720p versions stall too easily (it seems that you don't use servers with fast pipes), I don't see an ability to download the original video (I am using Vimeo as a vessel for people to download my CC-BY videos to re-use them as stock footage you see), plus, there are bugs:
1. When I pressed "stop" on a video, the video stopped, but the audio continued to playback.
2. When I press "fullscreen" on my dual-screen setup, the full screen video opens up on the first monitor, while my browser is on the second monitor. This does not happen on other video sites: the video should open on the same monitor as the browser exists.

And these problems, after about 40 seconds of using your site. I would like to help out if you want feedback, email me if you do.
