I happened to come across your blog via google. The post I found was the one wher you were cursing software in general :). I then looked at your Vimeo videos and followed a link back here.

You have a great eye/talent for video and obviously have a great amount of knowledge in this field as well. How long have you been at it?

I’m writing here because you talk of editing and I recently posted about Story Telling in and that post I talk about editing and how during editing you synch the video to music. You’ll probably find the video interesting as well since in this one I had a lot of fun with synching.

I just wanted to thank you for all that you have done for the HV20 community and for me! I have learned so much in the few months of owning the HV20. Most of what I have learned has been from reading your web blog and your helpful posts on HV20.com. Not only have you provided technical details for video editing, but you have also provided hints to make videos better with shooting techniques as well as editing techniques.

I’m just curious…What’s the name for this type of video (like yours …you mentioned here)… Is this a “montage”? or do you simply call it a “travel video” even though it may be a trip to the local zoo?
