I concur with this assessment, given NIT experience and the fact that Adobe are so bad at optimisation, that they couldn't even build and release a non Windows x86 version of Flash player, optomised to run on well on the targetted hardware, even if a third party were to take the code and optomise it for them. They would still manage to build an unoptimised POS.
