You misunderstood. I don't use 35mm adapters. I use a 52mm step up ring with the a reverse couple ring, and then get the lens and mount it reversed. It's no adapter. It's shown here.

I wonder if there is a way for a nikon lens to be used with the adapters. I have purchased 4 Nikon lens for when I can purchase a Redrock Micro adapter and so a 50mm would be perfect addition?

Jim, it's a normal lens, yes, but used reversed, so it behaves like a macro.

"Canon Normal 50mm f/3.5 FD Macro Manual Focus Lens"

is this the lens you are using?, also I see some lens made for fd.
Trying to duplicate your set up lens wise, is this your lens? or are there other things we should know?

I enjoyed your video very much and the music, gots to have that music

What is the average size of the objects you're zoomed in on in millimeters? A friend of mine keeps talking about buying a macro lens and letting me borrow her cam - but no luck so far.

I grow Drosera (sundews), and they have beautiful tentacles with shiny dew/glue that look totally alien close-up. If you do a search on sundews or drosera on google images, you might find some close-ups of them - specfrickintackular!!

I've found growing carnivores to be a really rewarding hobby, and any time I have a visitor - they can't believe my plants are real. Especially my Cephalotus follicularis! I would highly recommend them to photographers and artists looking for inspiration and subject matter. Now if I can just get ahold of a macro lens... grrrr!

check it!
