I have noticed on some of the other comments elsewhere people lose sight of this, in effect we all get to rant and rave in agreement or not. Madonna is the highest paid female musician last year. She is just a little younger than me, she made between $50-60 million while Britney generated $14M. When you consider that she is age 50yrs in a business where youth is everything, that makes her extraordinary. Now the downside is when she does film, her cameo in that Bond film helped to sink it, with her playing a fencing instructor was really stinky and showed what a bad actress she is and if you have ingested too many sleepy pills then watch the "sexy" movie with Willam Defoe, if that doesn't make you upchuck then you have an iron stomach. So for me to see this woman with a pretty good voice and B movie acting skills sustain and prosper in the face of far more talented people is amazing and I have no idea how she pulls it off.
