Well, my body is naturally smooth, I can grow a little mushtashe and goatee my grandkids call it a growtee.

I also have a little body hair in the other places to be expected, but other than that it is smooth. It is my native heritage and so I had nothing to do with it.
It helps at my age because often we can only talk about what we used to do so easily, but I still get kissed before I get tucked in and so for some of us males smooth is what is natural!
PS, thank God my head isn't smooth, altho I have been told that God only made a few perfect heads, the rest he covered with hair

<i> >The guy had multiple sentences, multiple rapes and then he gets to sit in a lovely house with £7 million in the bank.</i>

If he carried out his sentences according to the law, why not? Your reaction is emotional, not logical. He got lucky and he won the lottery. That's just luck. But for everything else, he paid what the law asked of him, and that was a prison sentence. The fact that the law might not have allowed for compensation back then, well, bad luck for the women! The law is the law, and justice was served.

BTW, please use HTML for links on this blog, thx.

Some interesting articles on <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underarm_hair" rel="nofollow">armpit</a>/<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leg_shaving" rel="nofollow">leg</a> shaving, apparently it started as an ad campaign by a company in the beginning of last century. Go figure.

Hi Eugenia, You couldn't be compensated 20 yrs ago because that was the law !!
Also, he did get "life" but unfortunately, in most countries, life does not mean life and he was released in 2005 !! The guy had multiple sentences, multiple rapes and then he gets to sit in a lovely house with £7 million in the bank. I agree that the system played its course but there has to be some sort of social justice in our mad and crazy world. Please do not think I'm a free, tree loving liberal or some sort of mad right wing nut but just a guy who thinks that common sense should come back into the world. I totally agree that all these "suing claims" are getting out of hand and are totally off the planet but if some judges and attonery generals could just come back down to earth the world would be a better place. I mean, how could anyone sue Macdonalds because their coffee was too hot???how could anyone sue some micro wave oven because it didn't say you couldn't dry your cat in it???how could any woman sue an alcohol company because it didn't say on the bottle that your baby woulf be deformed??? I mean, come on !! This money grabbing legal suing has got to stop...and the only real winners are the bloody lawyers !!
Here's a link to the bbc site about this guy...makes interesting reading. <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/west_yorkshire/7217251.stm" rel="nofollow">Link1</a>, <a href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/england/west_yorkshire/4398815.stm" rel="nofollow">Link 2</a>

Ok, women with unnatural moustache may not look very feminine nor attractive... But other than that, natural is cool (or hot). There's nothing wrong with women's natural hair, many men seem to like it. Women don't often understand that men like much more natural looks of women (for example, curvy and not extremely thin) than women themselves think. It is just the fashion business with its twisted ideals and values that puts all sorts of odd fashion ideals to women's heads, and let's be frank, many if not most women's beauty ideals seem to be taken from fashion magazines.

I wanted to talk about body hair, but figure I'd put my foot in my mouth. I must admit, I do like it when the shave above their lip if they have hair there, but in general, I have never been offended by women body hair and if they don't shave it is a sign of independence from fashion.

I don't see why you could not be compensated about it 20 years ago. You could. The only difference between then and now is that he now has money. But thing is, the case is closed, the guy got caught, received life in prison, and that's that. The fact that he now has money should not be of interest anymore to this woman, because justice DID prevail on the original judgment, according to the law. Asking for "more" after all these years just doesn't make sense to me.

Maybe we should re-open the AT&T vs IBM case too, as now these companies have more money too. It's frivolous.

Hi Eugenia,
Just a little comment (it's the only time I've done this..) but its concerning the rape victim in the UK. What the report from CNN doesn't say (but the bbcnews.com does) is that in the UK you couldn't, at the time, sue someone in a civil court for that kind of thing. She was awarded only £5000 at the time from a compensation fund. Today, unfortunately, we live in a world where money "seems" to buy closure and that's what she went for. The guy bought a ticket while still in prison and serving his sentence (he got the ticket while being on a "release day") so I think SHE should benefit rather than some guy who can rape then get £7 MILLION and live it large in a mansion.
