These guys are extremely dangerous and their religious leaders (the ones that spread extremist ideas in the mosques) should never be allowed in western countries. It is a sad thing that some of them travel from country to country, even to Belgium, to spread these ideas in mosques subsidised by the local government (as is the case in Belgium).
