When I lived in Foster City I had the *same* problem with a tall guy, real tall and skinny. He talked real loud all of the time on his cell on his balcony. That was in Lantern Cove - I believe he has since moved. If it's him, I'm sorry, I tried everything.. and I ended up moving! Oh - he's a trust fund guy who lives off of his parents. No job. Its more like. . . jamming a second window into your sill. I'll bet they could be removed as easily as they can be put in and its supposed to double insulate . . . so in theory it could make your house cooler. NOT that I have ever tried it. . . I just have a similar problem with our neighbors and am looking into it. what goes in the href="" part? is that the URL? guess I could look it up in some HTML bible or something but could you maybe make it a little easier for those of us who are more. . . artistic and less geek?
