It might be your Flash version that's the culprit, in conjunction to Youtube's buggy re-encoding. I run the latest Flash 9.x beta btw. Only few Youtube videos have the bug btw (I've seen it on other videos). Just move the cursor a bit on the right in the youtube window and it will playback better from that point on. It doesn't play PROPERLY, but you can get it to play. It plays about one second, then stops. Reloading doesn't help, however. Move the playback cursor a little to the right does work.
