		<description>The number of characters that would come and go in the 4400... always frustrated me.  The first season had a really cool formula with the NTAC agents investigating a new "problem" ability each week but the need to always make the audience go "Wow... didn't see that one coming..."  each and every week. Makes it feel very disjointed as intense storylines just end abruptly in light of these new developments... that... happen every week.  But... at least its better than most crap.  Did you see &lt;a href="http://unbox.amazon.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;Chuck&lt;/A&gt;? THAT's gonna be a great show.  I think.
