		<description>I love Vegas, it's my favorite editor in its class, however I wouldn't say that Avid is on the fast way out.  Maybe on the prosumer line (the Xpress line), but that has never been Avid's real market anyways.  The Media Composer and Symphony still the best out there, especially if you are doing broadcast or HD work.</description>

		<description>Looks interesting, although from the screenshots the Amiga-like UI kinda put me off. Also, there is no demo, so I can't check it out. However, if it's as powerful as they say in some reviews I just read and was released very recently, then it has a bright future too. According to its feature list, I would grade it similar in functionality as Vegas 7. It's no v8 though, not yet.</description>
