Gelatin is gross, IMHO when you find out where it comes from.

My favorite food for low calories and perceived fullness are the Boca products. I like the Boca chili. It is 150 calories for a bowl of chili (one of my favorites). It is very spicy and satisfying. I also like the sausage patties. They are 80 calories each. I also use Morning Star products. They have a breakfast scramble (potatoes, onions, peppers) - half of the bag is only 120 calories. I mix in 1/2 cup of Egg Beaters (60 calories) and 1/2 tblspoon of olive oil (60 calories) for a 240 calorie breakfast that fills my plate. Yum! As you see, I don’t know how to cook (and I’m lazy!), so this works for me. That’s why I was looking forward to a pre-packaged version of some of you meals. They look VERY tasty and combine a good ratio of calories to volume.
