		<description> Yeah, that&#8217;s the toughest part of goodies like that.  And that&#8217;s how I find myself trying to lose weight.  I like a little of something, so I ended up eating a lot of it.  But good for you for reading the labels on stuff.  My &#8220;compromise snack&#8221; has been Nature Valley granola bars.  Nutritionally, they&#8217;re not far from a candy bar, but they&#8217;re satisfying and I don&#8217;t get the desire to go out and chug a Snickers with it. </description>
