I <a href="http://eugenia.blogsome.com/2006/08/02/thinking-business/" rel="nofollow">already have</a> thought of this. ;-D
But it’s difficult to open such a factory because it requires a lot of special care on how the meat is fat free, sausages with lots of vegies in them in order to bring down calories etc. In fact, it requires quite some research and big capital before you bring the first product out of the door.

Opening a restaurant is easier, but you will have to pick the right spot, as it will have to be among neighborhoods where people are overweight. Again, it would require research.

You’ve _GOT_ to open a restaurant or a product line. This stuff is just too good, and I am a low-cal eater (not as low as you). Like most people, I’m just too lazy (or busy) to take the time to prepare these kinds of dishes. I think the “need” for quick access to food is probably what hurts a lot of us.
