Denying me my fair use rights by telling me which device I can watch a movie on is even worse. I will fight tooth and nail and watch what I paid for on whichever device I see fit. How about no drm ? How many time do I have to pay for the same movie ? How many times do I have to pay for the same song ? I’m sure the RIAA would have no problems with me buying the vinyl record, the 8 track tape, the regular tape, the cd, the SACD, dvd audio, the VHS music video, the dvd music video, the itunes download, the wal-mart download and the ringtone. Somehow they’re the victim. “I’m mad as hell and not going to take it anymore !” I’m going to the pawn shop for the some of my cd purchases, and ebay for the most of the rest and maybe a few from retail stores. I’m going to purchase it once and rip it, as is my right to do. I’ll listen at work, in the car, when I’m exercising, and at home. Fair use will have to be pried from my cold dead hands.
